At KAVVT, we believe every purchase represents someone’s hard-earned money. We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns of opened or used haircare products.
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product received is defective.
- The item is missing from your order.
Reporting an Issue
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping package
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Refunds
Once the issue has been verified, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement product
- Store credit (where applicable)
- Refund to the original payment method
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
- Change of mind after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
